PLEASE NOTE: If you are purchasing something from the website please be aware that no shipping is included in the price unless otherwise stated. Please contact us if you require a quote for shipping before purchasing any products. Some smaller, easy to ship items will have postage included in the price, these products will state that the delivery is included.

We will do everything we can to make sure you are a happy and satisfied customer. In the event of you not being satisfied with your purchase and wanting to return an item, please contact us via e-mail or telephone within 24 hours of you taking delivery. Once we have received your return request, we will give you an address to return the item to. The item must be delivered back to the address within 14 days of original receipt. Buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs, insurance coverage and claims for any damage, loss or theft of merchandise that may occur during return shipment. Refunds will only be issued once we have received the product back and once we have checked it for any damages or defects that weren't there when the item was purchased.
If any item is being returned and has been damaged during the return shipping and the item is not in the same condition we sent it to you, a refund may not be issued.
Returning Damaged Items
In the unfortunate event of an item being damaged in transit please contact us as soon as possible via telephone or e-mail. If an item arrives and the packaging looks like the item may be damaged, please take detailed photos of the damaged packaging and open the parcel in front of the delivery driver. If the item is damaged when opened, please sign for the parcel as damaged with the delivery driver and take detailed photos of the damaged item. Once you have contacted us and we have seen photos of the damaged item, we will assess the damage and determine whether a return/refund will be issued. We will then give you an address to send the item back to. Any damaged items must be returned within 7 days of original receipt.
Refunds will only be issued once we have received the product back and assessed the damage.
